Which sticker combinations do I need?

Children aged 3 to 5 years need 2:
A patch on the outside clothing (pull-on shirt, T-shirt) and another on the pants.
Children aged 6 and over and parents need 2 to 4:
A patch on the clothing on the side of each exposed member (one on the left arm and right arm and, if they require a short, one on the left side and the right side of the short.
